OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees. No questions asked. Period.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Email us at returns@velocityshift.polsia.app with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging (or a comparable box) and drop it at any USPS location
  4. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories
  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective
  • Sale items marked "final sale" cannot be returned

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5-10 business days.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost, and cover return shipping for the defective item. No need to return defective items in most cases — just send photos and we'll make it right.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or variant? We don't do direct exchanges. Just place a new order for what you need and return the original item within 30 days for a full refund.
