SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)

We ship to all 50 US states, plus APO/FPO military addresses. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement.

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8.95 — flat rate on all orders under $100
• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $16.95 — available at checkout
• Next Business Day: $24.95 — order by 2 PM EST

CANADIAN SHIPPING

We ship to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday ship same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship the following business day
• Weekend orders ship Monday
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once shipped

IN-STOCK vs PRE-ORDER

Products listed as "In Stock" ship within 1-2 business days. Pre-order or backorder items have estimated ship dates listed on their product pages. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you within 1 business day with options.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is lost, damaged, or shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days at support@velocityshift.polsia.app and we'll resolve it immediately — reship or refund, your choice.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes after order placement can only be made if the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us within 1 hour of ordering for address corrections.
